Can you guarantee recovery of all my data?
We can never guarantee full data recovery, however, in most cases are able to restore 100% of the encrypted files.
What is the 'No Data No Fee Guarantee' policy?
Our 'No Recovery No Fee' policy means that if we cannot recover some of your files then we will immediately refund the fee on a pro-rata basis:
EXAMPLE: if we can only recover 90% of your files, we will refund 10% of money paid.
If we cannot recover any of your files then we will immediately refund 100% of money paid.
This policy assumes that we are given access full access to your encrypted files in order to complete the recovery.
How do you access my data?
There are 3 options for accessing your data for recovery:
- We can schedule a secure remote session onto a computer with access to the data.
- We can provide a secure location Cloud storage area to upload your infected files to.
- You can send out the data on a USB hard drive by secure courier.
Do you have a confidentiality agreement?
We take client data confidentiality very seriously and comply with data protection law at all times. RM Data Recovery will never store, disclose or share client data or information with a 3rd party (without prior written consent from the client).
